My Initial Puppy Home Training Session is designed to give you and your puppy the very best start, right in the comfort of your own home. Each session is tailored to your family and your puppy’s needs, ensuring you feel confident and supported from day one.

What’s Included:

Puppy & Home Assessment

I take time to understand your puppy’s personality, energy levels, and your family’s goals. I’ll also look at your home set-up to make sure everything supports calm, successful training.

Foundations for Success

We’ll cover all the key early-life essentials, including:

• Toilet training routines and tips
• Crate or bed training for calm rest
• Handling and grooming guidance
• Biting and chewing solutions
• Socialisation advice to build confidence

Essential Training Skills

I’ll introduce fun, easy exercises to get you started with:

• Name recognition and focus
• Sit and polite behaviour
• First recall games
• Loose lead walking foundations

Household Manners

Practical advice for everyday life, such as:

• Managing jumping up
• Calmness around food and visitors
• Helping children interact safely

Personalised Homework Plan

You’ll leave with a clear, simple plan of 2–3 focus areas to work on. Training is broken into short, fun sessions that fit easily into your daily routine.
